Your appointment at Healingz is a special reservation tailored just for you, and we do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Simply drop us an email at info@healingznyc.com, and we'll take care of the rest.

We understand the value of your time and support, just as we cherish the opportunity to serve you. To ensure fairness to our staff and cover the costs associated with missed appointments, cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50 dollars.
Additionally, in the event of a same-day cancellation/ no-show, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.

Please be assured that your card will not be charged until after your treatment; this is merely a preauthorization to secure your appointment.
