  •  Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is crucial for tracking your return and expediting the process.

  • Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the RA number.

  •  You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. You can choose any reputable shipping carrier for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the item.

3. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
