  • Your appointment at Healingz is a special reservation tailored just for you, and we do our utmost to accommodate your needs. If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice.

To ensure fairness to our staff and cover the costs associated with missed appointments, cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50 dollars. Additionally, in the event of a same-day cancellation/ no-show, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.

    Please be assured that your card will not be charged until after your treatment; this is merely a preauthorization to secure your appointment.

    Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the RA number.

    You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. You can choose any reputable shipping carrier for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the item.

    3. Refund or Exchange:

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
