A Shaman In NYC

A few weeks ago, a dear friend introduced me to a phenomenal medicine woman in the heart of NYC.

Her name is Terra, and after one treatment, my energy has expanded in ways I can not describe. Terra has helped me to reconnect to parts of myself that I have lost, and in the process, I have re-learned how to communicate with spirit animals, birds in particular.

This week, I am grateful to work with a black peacock who teaches me how to connect deeper with myself and shows me what joy and self-nourishment look like on a deeper level. I have never expected to have a journey such as this in NYC. Since I was a kid, I dreamed of shamanic rituals in the heart of the desert with a big fire and people chanting all around. As a reiki master from the Usui lineage, I am expected to practice in a specific way. For that reason, Reiki has become only part of my practice.

Experiencing and learning the healing methods and spirituality of different cultures has always been my passion. I believe that by bringing these spiritual practices together, I could help people with their healing journey in more effective and profound ways.
